Refund policy

Return Window:
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return eligible items. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving the item(s) to be eligible for a refund or exchange. 

Item Condition:
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Your return will not be accepted if the item is damaged, worn, or has been altered.

Non-Returnable items:
Gift cards or discounted amounts. Items marked "Final Sale" or discontinued merchandise items.

How to make a return:
  1. Contact us: Email us at jesus.estrada@jfestradaworks.com or call us at 760-623-8410 with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a pre-paid shipping label if the item is defective or damaged.
  3. Pack the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, along with any accessories.
  4. Ship the Item: Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. SHIP THE ITEM(S) TO THE ADDRESS WE GAVE YOU USING THE SHIPPING LABEL PROVIDED.
  5. Payment Processing: Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return after we receive it.

    Once your return is inspected, we will send you an email confirmation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of processing.
